| | Free-spirited, open-minded and kind, Julie acts a lot like the princess in the pretend games she used to play with Dare and Kfir. In fights with her twin brother, Kfir, she nearly always emerged winner; whether this was due to her own skill or to his chivalry, we may never know. Although she is engaged to Dare, Julie enjoys the freedom of being a young, unmarried woman, and takes advantage of it. Jewel befriended Scar through Kfir, and she took fancy of the younger girl.
Jewel’s favorite things are lightning storms, butterflies, and “Uncle” Jon’s visits, since he always has something interesting to show her.
Jewel is active with the Justice Warriors and often takes on spying jobs - who would suspect such a sweet, innocent girl of twenty two? She is a favorite of everyone around Helfire, and in the entire Lioness archipelego.
