Dare
| | The only son of a fisherman, Darren always tried to see how far he could push his limits. As a teenager, hed go sailing far Northeast beyond Helfire, approaching the center of the LegOcean more than most sane men dare.
Dares father, Benjamin, taught him to take pride in his heritage of Forestmen. Dare is nearly as skilled with a bow as his ancestors; and surely better than almost all the islanders, perhaps with the exception of Jon.
Determined, outspoken and confident, Dare took the public lead of the resistance group in the islands - The Justice Warriors. Dare makes a point of getting to know every warrior, by name at the very least, if not more personally. He is very friendly and always has a smile or a good word in store for his warriors... his friends often describe him as a hopeless optimist-- he never sees a half-full glass, they say, but a totally full one...

| Dare lives up his name, and whenever he sees injustice he will dare speak up - even in crowded areas, at the risk of being caught. People who hear Dares heated speeches will never feel the same about their harsh everyday routines, that are enforced upon them unjustly. Naturally, in such speeches in front of unfamiliar crowds, Dare would never say anything directly opposing the Lion Kingdom itself. In private discussions, however, he has his fair share of arguments about the Kingdom.
Darren grew up with Kfir and Jewel, who are to date among his best friends. Jewel had proposed to Dare when they were six, and he said yes; and neither of them has changed their minds since, nor do they have any intention on doing so.
