  Spending two wonderful afternoons...

On Christmas I spent two wonderful afternoons together with my 6yo son Sandro building a Little Bot. (2 URLs) Little Bot> Built using (URL) Build-A-Bot> by Eric. It was real fun to both of us. Thanks a lot! (URL) Marco> (19 years ago, 16-Feb-06, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Mono and Stonefrog

These two are no real MOC. As the design of both is not my very own. I built them to honor two very outranging builts of other builders. This said I present: (2 URLs) Mono> Mono a small mecha, which was highly inspired by (URL) The MOAB>. An (...)   Delta - another infantry support bot

During the building period of a rather big Mecha (coming soon) i got stuck and fustrated. So I had to have a fast success to build me up again. This is the whole story behind Delta. I started to build a version of Alpha with dark gray instead of yellow. Some missing bricks made me change my way.
The body got bigger, so I had to adjust the legs and feet. The result is not to bad I think.
It’s the biggest bot I built up to now. So I thought it could be good as medium Mecha escort.

I thougt it was the time to try covering a famous frame. As I didn’t want to start with a large one I choose the GlaGla armature.
I had a lot of fun taking the pictures. He is quite poseable.

   Bravo
Encouraged by the replies to Alpha I gave it another try. Bravo is not as poseable as Alpha but I like the overall look. Due to a lack of dkgray I had to use some blay parts .
As Keith suggested I added a small squad for some of the pics. It looks good together with some infantry.

   Alpha
Inspired by postings of Peter Reid and Christopher Snead I desided to try a small bot. As I didn’t want to build micro scale Alpha is a bot for infantry support.

   Paladin MkII
After I had posted Paladin I looked at it again and again. I didn’t like the feet! I never really liked the hands!
So I first made him some fine GlaGla hands, as soon as I had the parts.
The redesign of the shoulders was next. Now they can carry weaponery. I also managed to stiffen the joint a bit.
The feet and the lower legs were the hardest part to do. But I think now he looks much better. BTW the articulation got better too.

   Drake MkI
First I had the idea that a heavy mecha should have some escort. The next thought that came to my mind was “How small can a geared mech be?”. So I gave it a try...

   Stormwalker MkII
Motivated by the replies I got on post of Stormwalker, I revised the design of some parts. The result looks much better and is even more poseable as the first Stormwalker.
