Brickbury Herald 10th August 2002 Late Edition
We at the Herald appologise but until the weather cools there will be no early edition of the Herald because, quite frankly, we just can’t be bothered. Some minifigs are suffering however with slightly too long in the sun causing more than one case of lobster redness today.
This is a warning for your own safety, cover up in the sun, don’t stay out at noon and take on board a lot of (non-alcoholic) drinks. The siesta feel continues this week as we welcome the top band the One By Two White Plates to Brickbury for a special one night concert. The band have apparently come to scope out property in the local area, so be nice, don’t bite - unless of course they ask you to.’
Residents are invited to be at the beach for the concert which starts at 7pm ish. Food and drink will as always be provided.
