Favorite LEGO toys/themes: In no particular order: Town, Train, Castle,
Pirate (especially Imperials), Paradisa,
Promotional Sets, and Technic/Mindstorm (RCX
all the way!!) and Harry Potter, Batman,
Indiana Jones, Spiderman, occasional Starwars
My fascination with LEGO began... When I got my first set at 10 (1986)
I once built... Current MOC designs include: LRT, Silver Bullet
(Metroliner) Engine, white monorail train, a
fire hall, police station, a couple of houses,
and a Church (in Dec/2001). Jan 2002, I
finally finished town hall complete with clock
tower...
I have put out 3 displays for train events, and
hopefully in the near future put out a few
more.
Someday I will build... A decent Train Layout...perhaps a nice Airport a
few other things up my sleeve...???
LEGO is great because... you can design your own world and have Minifigs
live in and act out in that world you
created...
(GO Minifigs!!!!) Even Without the Minifig
factor, just coming up with ideas in your head,
and applying it to brick can be not only
rewarding (creatively) but also very relaxing
and
stress-reducing.
LEGO fans are great because... They share my enthusiasm.....if a whole lot of
others share in my interest, how can I be
pigeon-
holed into thinking LEGO is just for kids.....I
guess I'm a big-kid at heart!!!!
My favorite Non-LEGO Toys: Is there any good non Lego Toys??? ;)
My favorite Hobbies & Interests: Computer - like to cruise the web looking at Lego Sites!! :-)
My favorite Foods: Pizza, Burgers, and the occasional meal of Bangers, Beans and Mash
My favorite Movies & TV: Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure, Monday Night Football, the occasional Leaf Game (NHL)
My favorite Pets & Animals: Katie the Dog (RIP), George the Rabbit (RIP), and Ellie the Cat
Words which best describe me: stocky, dark-haired, and quiet
I love it when... I win an on-line auction on Ebay featuring lego
I can't seem to get enough... LEGO!!! I am truly a LEGO "freak"
I hope I always... have my LEGO collection.
I wish I could... never worry about my financial situation
I could never... NEVER and I MEAN NEVER throw out my LEGO
collection or allow anybody else to do it....
I wish I hadn't... blown a lot of my money on LEGO
In my craziest moments... over pay on the Airport Shuttle on an on-line
auction...man, I just had to get it!!!
Believe it or not... there was a period in my life where I didn't
think about LEGO (and even thought I was "Too
old" for it!!
More & Less: - more more room for lego, less space for other things
