My fascination with LEGO began... when I was about 7 years old (in 1960)
I once built... houses with a door, windows and a roof
Someday I will build... many old Lego railway sets
LEGO is great because... it is known all over the world and almost all parts fit to each other
LEGO fans are great because... they are faszinated about the same great experiences
My favorite Non-LEGO Toys: Volkswagen beetle
My favorite Hobbies & Interests: fight against Fanconi-Anemia in our "Deutsche FA-Hilfe" (We lost 2 daughters with this disease)
My favorite Foods: everything what tastes good (unfortunately often a little bit too much)
My favorite Movies & TV: "Tatort" and "Troedelking"
My favorite Artists: Jan Josef Liefers
My favorite Music: Beetles
My favorite Pets & Animals: our dog "Luna" (female) and our cats "Tinkabell" and "Juni"
Words which best describe me: has a lot of energy, knows what he wants, unfortunately forgets often, that time + power is limited
I love it when... people are open, friendly and fair with each other and accept each other, even (and especially) when they are a little bit "crazy"
I hate it when... people cannot listen to each other or don't stop to talk to hear what others have to say and I hate any kind of fights
I can't seem to get enough... of hugs with nice people and really good friends (doesn't matter if females or males)
I always seem to have enough... power and energy to make little or larger (actually unthinkable) things happen
I hope I always... will be able to listen, understand and accept other people, also the ones, which I do not like at the first or second time
I wish I could... loose some weight, do more sports, help successful together with others to find a real good treatment against bone marrow failure, leukemia and cancer in this awful disease Fanconi Anemia, which was the murder of 2 of our 3 lovely daughters
I could never... give up the hope, that we will find something, what really makes the difference happen in our fight against Fanconi Anemia
I hope I never... forget, that time and life on earth is limited and that every single day is a gift, that I should use as good as possible and for which I have to be deeply thankful
I wish I hadn't... stop doing sports every day or at least every week
In my craziest moments... I'm dancing and dancing and never end
Believe it or not... it's really very unusual to me, to answere all these very personal questions in English instead of German
If I were super-human... I would not like to live. As human beeings we need our little or bigger mistakes, to behave as normal as possible beside all the others "nobody is perfect" people
More & Less:
- more tolerance and interest for people of other skin colour, ethnic background, religion, language, less ignorance and personal profit thinking
- more fun and really good ideas to make life better for everybody, less ellbows against others
- more sleep and recovering for myself, less stress and the feeling, I loose, if I do not fullfill my tasks right away
Rules I try to live by:
- Be fair to yourself and others
- Don't expect more from others than from yourself
- Don't loose hope and trust in the potential of every new beginning day
