Favorite LEGO toys/themes: Castle and pirate by a mile, but also into Star Wars, Harry Potter, Wild West and some of the town Lego when it is any good!
My fascination with LEGO began... ...when I was about 5 and recieved my first grown up lego sets. When lego castle came out I was absolutely hooked, and when e-bay started auctioning lego it just got ridiculous!
I once built... ...a form of future transport called a 'Magnetohopper' that miraculously won a deisgn competition prize from Lego UK - it looked like a massive black space-ship, with magnets strategically placed,etc...
Someday I will build... The most amazing lego castle, using elements of the old and the new, with realistic living spaces, a magnificent banqueting hall, battlements and a huge harbour (hugely inspired by Ed Boxer)
LEGO is great because... ...it allows you to transfer your imagination into a reality, all in the comfort of your own home...and it retains value in case you get bored of it and want to sell it!!
LEGO fans are great because... ...they are trully varied in age, gender and background and they love to be creative...
More & Less:
- more Lego, less Mega-blocs
- more Marmite, less Vegemite
- more Aid workers, less Soldiers

- Have fun and share it
- Allow time for yourself to recharge batteries and be with your family
Additional comments:
Would love to hear / see anyone's ideas on castle building - I have an insane amount of lego and really want to build something great.
