Michael Zecca ("Admiral", "The Colin Avenger")
Favorite LEGO toys/themes: Star Wars, Spider-Man, Harry Potter, Trains, Classic Space. Pick-A-Brick has go to be about the greatest creation ever! The Walgreens and Toys'R'Us spring cleaning sets are a close second.
My fascination with LEGO began... in the 1970's, with early creator and Space sets. My reborn adult passion with Lego began with the release of the official Star Wars sets several years ago.
I once built... ...a great white shark out of bricks and plates, after seeing Jaws on TV in the 70's.
Someday I will build... a town (in very early stages), the Winchester pub (from Shaun of the Dead), a Soylent Green factory, a Hannibal Lecter's Finger Hut, and the Dark Tower of Rassilon.
LEGO is great because... it allows a visual outlet for the creative part of my brain.
LEGO fans are great because... they retain all the positive aspects of childhood well into their adult years.
My favorite Non-LEGO Toys: my Talking Dalek and my Honda Insight.
My favorite Hobbies & Interests: meteorology, astronomy, baseball
My favorite Foods: Dr. Pepper
My favorite Movies & TV: Babylon 5, Doctor Who, Lost, Heroes, The Family Guy, The Shield, Star Trek (TOS)
My favorite Music: I listen to SF film and TV scores, mainly. And "Weird Al", of course.
My favorite Pets & Animals: Rabbits: Marley & Gus
Words which best describe me: tall, ambidextrous, weird/nerdy, and a tough but fair teacher
I love it when... a plan comes together.
I hate it when... that happens.
I can't seem to get enough... sleep.
I always seem to have enough... stress.
I hope I always... remain a little childish.
I wish I could... not have to worry about money.
I could never... vote for someone named "Bush".
I hope I never... actually see a tornado up close, even though I am a trained Skywarn (tornado) Spotter.
I wish I hadn't... been jobless for most of a year.
In my craziest moments... I've been up a few too many hours and the neurotoxins kick the silly and creative parts of my brain into high gear.
Believe it or not... I went to high school with the guy that wrote the Charlie's Angels movies. The wife worked extensively with him on the school newspaper.
If I were super-human... I'd be a supervillain, and Bill Gates would be in some serious trouble.
More & Less: - more open-mindedness, less religious fundamentalism
- more electric hybrid cars, less gas-guzzling SUVs and pickup trucks
- more bricks in my collection, less oddball strange color triangular pieces
Rules I try to live by: - An object will maintain a constant velocity unless acted upon by an unbalanced net force.
- Acceleration = Net Force divided by Mass
- For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.
