Favorite LEGO toys/themes: Technic/MindStorms
My fascination with LEGO began... when I was probably 4 or 5 I seem to remember getting some town vehicles in a plain white box... a mail-in offer maybe? Rekindled when my son had his LEGO birthday party when he was 5 and brought to a roaring flame when he got MindStorms for Christmas 1999.
Someday I will build... I can't say yet... my son and I are sworn to secrecy until a working prototype is ready... then we will announce it to the world here on LUGNET!
LEGO is great because... if it doesn't work, try a few of the other pieces... or rip it apart and vent your frustration... just pick up the pieces before you go to bed or MOM gets MAD! :)
LEGO fans are great because... everyone here is so helpful in providing ideas and sources... I feel guilty for not being able to let anyone know why I keep asking strange questions! Maybe by Summer 2000 the secret can be made public... (It is a complex project and time just can't be bought)

My favorite Hobbies & Interests: Restoring our 1948 Pontiac to a mild street rod when my time and money aren't taken away by LEGOs!
My favorite Pets & Animals: Smokey the Hamster

I love it when... I'm given a seemingly impossible challenge... I look at the world from a different angle and come up with non-traditional solutions.
