Another model created for Datsville, I modeled this Shopping Center after one near where I live. It has numerous shops, including a Conveniance Store, a Barber Shop, a Restaraunt, a Bank, a Travel Agency, a Photographer’s Studio, and a Law Firm.

The train pulls into the station and all the passengers gather around to board the luxury car. Drinks are served in the lounge and the conduct shouts “All Aboard”. The train crew greases up the wheels and checks with the engineer to make sure things are A-OK.

This is part of the downtown area of my small city. It features a strong shopping area and plenty of housing above the shops. A rail line provides passenger and freight service. The whole area is still under construction.
