Madvac

I wanted to build this before I really knew what it was. I saw one on the street in Montreal while I was on my honeymoon, and managed to get a few pictures. When I got home, I did a little research and discovered that I had seen a Madvac 101.

According to its manufacturer, the Madvac 101 is “a high profile, cost-efficient cleaning machine that safely and effectively cleans city sidewalks, parks and streets”. It uses a vacuum hose on a powered arm to suck up garbage.

My favorite parts of this one are the 1/2 stud offset in the rear, and the minifig hand and wrench used to attach the arm to the hose.
