Hermit Crab

This is a giant hermit crab that I built with the idea of using it as a steed for some kind of mermen. But I haven’t got around to doing the mermen, so I guess he isn’t really giant with no minifigs around for scale.

I think the head turned out really well, the shell not so much. A real hermit crab usually has the shell off to one side, with all of his legs sticking out of it. That’s what I get for building first and researching second.
