  • Peter James -Entry & Ticket Sales (taking in entry sales and selling tickets to the public)
  • Judy Patterson -Refreshments Host (set-up and prep of refreshments for those involved)

  • Melbourne

   Who may be interested in attending:
  • 15 People from QLD
  • 30 People from NSW
  • 10 People from O/S
  • 15 People from VIC
  • 15 People from Interstate
  • 150 Public attendances

Just as an example, so people would know where their money was going to and what it was used for. Of course if any if left over, say $100 and 5 people contributed, then it’s possible the $100 goes back to them @ a percentage rate of what they contributed.
