| | Lieutenant Michael confirmed that the Blank Shields were seeking passage for 2 mixed companies to the Isle of Mist. Quoting: “We’re having difficulty finding ships with the capacity to transport the men and equipment we need, and it may be necessary to either construct ships or hire frigates from a neighboring country.”

| | Today, Lieutenant Michael released the information that the Blank Shields had contracted with a local provider for transportation to the Isle, and that he and Martin would be taking joint command of the expedition. He would not give a firm timeframe for their departure, but did say that it would be “soon”. When asked about what type of troops would be headed to the Isle, he had this to say “At this time, we and our employers are still content with sending two mixed companies. It is too early to give the precise makeup of those companies, but it will certainly include a healthy number of scouts.”
