The Calling
A quarter of a century ago, Gareth sent a message to every village and town in the Lion Kingdom, requesting six apprentices - one for each field of mastery.
The message explained that those who were right for the position, will know it, and they will come.
The Calling worked almost perfectly; three young men and two young women arrived at Gareth’s Abode within a fortnight.
However, no one came to study the sixth field.
Gareth explained to his apprentices, who became to be known as the Big Five, that he has decided not to teach the sixth field.
