| The Brown Council
Rather than being ruled by a single person, the Foresters are led by the Brown Council. Composed of some of the most skillful Foresters, the council makes the important every day decisions. The council members try to maintain a proper balance and chemistry when choosing new members; the most talented Forester may not always be the correct choice. |
